We adopt flexible project management approaches that best fit the special requirements of each project assigned to us: over a range of projects we have used a variety of methods including PMBOK, PRINCE 2 and Agile Scrum.

By combining the discipline of project management methods with extensive experience of education space management, timetabling and policy development, we are positioned to provide support to our clients in the delivery of effective projects. Our project management team are respected for their ability to manage and support complex project deliverables. From high level stakeholder management down to the on time delivery of work packages, we are able to manage programmes and projects that have high institutional impacts.
