Data Management

Data provided to Mosaic Space will be shared, on an as-needed basis, between team members on a secure, password-protected server. All team members will be instructed and required to maintain the University’s information in a confidential manner, and not to share it with persons outside the team without the express approval of University or project staff.

To comply with the GDPR (in the UK) and the Privacy Act (in Australia), no personal information other than the names and positions of students or staff members will be retained by Mosaic Space except for any records of opinions or experiences required to synthesise our understanding of current timetabling-related issues, and to produce the review report outcome. Notes of meetings made by the reviewers will be destroyed within one year of lodging the final report.
